They moved it from Level 4 to Level 3 

Can travel as of now with 3 days prior travel negative report, self dec forms, pre thermal screening at airport, viral test quarantine of 7 days for negative result people, if positive its isolation for 14 days, there are some guidelines for unvaccinated people as well. 

There are guidelines mentioned in CDC for Vaccinated and Unvaccinated travelers. Also need to check with airlines about prior travel, during travel and after travel.

h1's and other visas yes, for urgency travel i know a few who travelled to india recently and got back with no issues, however their kids are USC which made them to come back with no issues, 

for USC's the govt even now saying travel ONLY if required, and that too with certain precautions like pre tests, masks, social distancing, quarantine if necessary.

This is about traveling to USA but velladaniki issue em ledu antunna . Ma intlo USC aey vellaru.

recently i think last week, Europe continent Schengen visa lifted travel ban for several countries including india, 

Germany PM recommended US to think about lifting travel ban, Us goov updated the travel ban, 

Canada extended travel ban for 1 more month, to and from (India-Canada) can start travelling from Sept 1st.

Evanni bans lift cheste malla travel will start and cases will grow emo . I just don’t know .
