Out of above, NJ is worrrst place to settle. Texas, georgia, florida are better places to settle, ofcourse there are cons to everything. Weigh the cons to ur needs and take final decision.

depends on what you like, cold places, salary, schools, how can we know without knowing what you like

warmer climate - obviously TX 

Other 2 are cold places - right one to pick would be MI, NJ is POS tbh
