Godavari is a flood prone river. If the excess water is not diverted from Polavaram to other areas like Rayalaseema/Penna ilantivi saana choodalsi vasthadi. @Hydrockers

Connect it with Krishna and then use it . Lift ayithe konchem untadhi but not as expansive as Kaleswaram.
