switching to newRole/NewTeam while 485,140 pening

recently other team lo offer vachindi. role is different . responsibilities are different too. 

 

kaani monna dates move ayinappudu applied for 485 and everything is pending. 180 days crossed as well.

ilanti time lo, maa lawyer just H1 amendment chesi, i-485J apply cheste saripotadi annaru.

 

does this enough, or am i missing anything else? is it safe to switch job internally? experts opnion needed.

If you have not submitted medicals 485j tho patu oka medical copy kuda eseyi bro also @lachi if I was yiu I will get my 140 approved before gelkifying the application

Same thing instead of amendment you will do h1 transfer or join on ead (if you got one) plus 485j
