Go further north bro …dont just look at frisco…it went to another level….i dont think prices even if dropped will not be huge drop …basically the supply is minimal and very high demand

Depends on what you value man. Climate , schools and social life bhane untundi. You can easily get a flight to many places like Colorado and Atlanta if you want to travel.
