Taxation is sole right of legislature (ante indirect ga prajal). Anyone else if they want to take money from you they must offer you something - a product or a service. Only govt can take money from you by pointing a gun at you (gun means enforcement)- therefore this is a sacred right that must not be compromised and always fully owned by public.

Ee right thisukelly banks ki iccadu. This means legislature no longer has power on these taxes - they cant remove them or decrease them. 

I dont like IYR but his point is correct - how have banks accepted this farce ?
