H1B transfer from India based on approved I140

issue is first H1B from stratford...I stayed in india for more than 2 years after completion of 6 years of H1B..do I still have an issue in filing transfer from India?

So that 2years have to worked for any client from India with a payroll in USA?

And do u have a i140?

no its a different client with Indian payroll. Yes I have approved i140

u can come back upto 6 years bro. if u have approved I-140 (any employer), u just need a copy of I-140. Maa friend okaru vacharu after 4 or 5 years.
