r2d2
New Jersey's Supreme Court vacated a local judge's order that forced Andrea Dick, 54, of Roselle Park, to remove her pro-Trump banners that violated local obscenity laws. One of the banners shows the former president extending two middle fingers over the words 'f**k Biden'. Early last week, Municipal Court Judge Gary Bundy ordered Dick to take down three of the 10 signs or face a daily fine of $250. That was vacated on Tuesday after the ACLU challenged the ruling on behalf of Dick and her mom, who live together in the home. The ACLU claimed it infringed on their First Amendment, which the court agreed with. The borough attorney said they will not litigate further.
