daily each set ki one push up anna penchukunta vellali previous day kanna....

careful when doing pushups, if you are in 20s picha lite. 30s vachaka 200,300 pushups a big no no. shoulder will be fasaked. I know many stories in my gym where ppl suffer from wrist n shoulder chronic pain.

+1, wide width incined push ups 20 reps in 4 sets every alternate day for next 2 weeks.
