What results bro? just curious 

I did this last year for 8-10 months and what I noticed at least for me was that because I’m compromising on not eating non-veg I started to take it as an excuse to eat fried and all sorts of vegetarian junk and lots of rice and mana pappu ghee mango pickle etc and ended up putting on more weight lol.
