Remote job vs tier1 company

Got a job opportunity which is fully remote $170k total compensation. I want to join a big tier1 company who are offering fully remote and offering  $200k+ compensation. At present I am comfortable with LC medium questions but having hard time with solving LC hard. Should I opt the fully remote position right now or prepare another 3-4 months until offices are open and crack the interview to enter into  bigger companies . Whats your suggestions.
