Have you opened your laptop and cleaned off the dust ? 

Most of the time dust buildup is the main reason old laptops slowdown .

It's pretty easy to service it yourself

if it is first case then change browser settings to factory settings. if it is second case then boot your laptop in safe mode without networking and try running anti malware software like hitman pro.

RAM little expensive  bro , you can upgrade if your laptop supports . But SSD will do for sure.

or

if laptop is too old like(worth 150-200$) and not worth it to upgrade with another (120-180$). In that case buy new one with 450$.

sometimes old processor , ram , memory won’t ho well. Do your research.
