2017,18 models had that issue , apparently honda solved it from 2019 models

Symptoms can be misfires and a "whirling noise" from the engine compartment

 Almost all the highly stressed turbo engines get this issue , it's only a matter of time

Mostly to comply with emission norms , on paper these turbo engines are better but they sacrifice reliability and longevity .

In 4,5 years time there won't be any naturally aspirated engines ,only turbo engines , hybrid and electrics . 

This is the last generation to buy naturally aspirated engines

There is no fix for it ...other than Changing engine oil every 5k

Honda failed to appropriately repair, replace or issue a recall on the CR-Vs that were reportedly affected by the oil dilution defect. ... Under the terms of the settlement, Honda agreed to extend the Powertrain Limited Warranty on Class Vehicles in order to cover oil dilution repairs.

I said the oil dilution issue is fixed from 2019 models onwards , they cannot do anything about older vehicles
