Chicago's flagship music festival comes to an end on Sunday, with 100,000 people attending every day. Only 51.7 per cent of the city's residents are fully vaccinated, but 90 per cent of concert-goers on Thursday provided their vaccination certificates to gain entry. The rest had to show a negative COVID test, taken within 72 hours. Local health officials do expect to see an increase in cases, but are hoping that the precautions will avoid large-scale hospitalizations and deaths.
