H1B now with Company A. If I apply for Concurrent H4 and H4EAD. Can I work until h1B is valid if I receive H4 approval first and later h4 EAD? Thanks in advance.

as per last action rule the day your H-4 COS approved on the same day you lose your H-1.

Change of status will kick in bro kastam , if possible october lo premium start chestha antunaru (not 100%sure apudu try cheyadam better inka two months e kada if you can manage

you can give a future date for COS to apply.work on h1 till then.  you can give 6-8 months in future so that you get EAD card too. all the best
