Endurance, strength and Size. Three different types untayi body building lo. Not sure which type of routine you want? 

Steroids, perfect diet and personal fitness coach ni pettukuneee cinema heros are wrong people to derive inspiration from. 

Be realistic about goals and it will take time. The key point here is to be patient and benefits are only reaped after years. Its not a quick route. Movie actors are bad influence cause they create that illusion that it can be done quick. Which is not accurate.
