thanks bro, checked betterdotcom 30 year ki 2.375/2.5 apr is with $7500 points, is this better or direct lender with something close to 2.75 better aa.

$7500 pts is a lot. Check how long will it take to break even if you go with 2.75%. May be ask them for 2.5% interest rate with minimal points like $500 or something
