New Job offer dilemma

Current oka chinna company (end client) ki pani chestunnanu.. Jeetham 90+. Recently pedda consulting firm (Big 4) lo job offer vachindi. sign on bonus and base kalipi almost 150 same location no need to relocate. Problem enti ante current company vaditho Perm processing lo vundi, inka 2 to 3 months lo ayipotundi labor ani anukuntunna. Kotha company vadu 1 year agali Pacha card processing ki annadu. Naku eeeh1 inka 3 years vundi. Emi cheyalo artham kavatle. Patha company konchem old technology vadutundi.. kotha company lo antha latest and cutting edge vadutunnam ani cheppadu.

get your i140 done man. companies and lawyers delay it so much that it might 2-3 years to get it finally with new company. keep preparing for interviews in the mean time.

D lo tholu teestaru... but you can learn a lot...  decide which one you want bro... 140 ayyaka manchi kob rakapote feel avvakunda vuntanu ante idhi continue ayupo.... if you stay back make sure to jump after 140... or you will repent...

first pacha then next everything..

why do you search jobs when u r in this situation.. it creates unnecessary dilemma.

wait for labor approval.. apply 140 premium..and stay for 6months... and wherever you want.. even out of country.

1yr tarvata ante.. manager approvals ..postings ante 18 months ki start cgestaru
