Same position bro,Currently working in company A with 90k salary and Perm filed in Dec 2020.Perm went into Audit now and might take time for approval.

Now got a new offer worth 130k+ in another company.GC processing will be started after 6 months only in the new company.

Not sure what to do....Please help guys...

Get your PD and then only move. Big 4 lo manager approval unte 6 months ki start chestaremo kaani docs gathering, evaluation, posting, cooling period, PwD, Perm, 140 anni kalipi 3 years pakka.

Big4 lo jobs eppudoo untune untayi, ademi FAANG kaadu. Dont fear the FOMO. Stick to your GC processing, get PD and then pipeline something.

Honest question : I see this situation (tbh cr**p) among friends all the time. Job apply chese mundi priorities emi alochinchara? Evadanna vachi contact chesina kooda same situation kada, emi maaradu kada GC point of view lo.

help endhi... if it is you are yet to file your first I140, then just stick to current employer.

if you already have a PD then do whatever you like

Bro - already gc processing start ayyi nee chethilo pd undha? Lekapothe lite thesuko ee dates avvachu avvakapovachu. Ippude labor start chesthe current employer tho almost 1yr stuck avuthav. Ee yr lo kotha company lo kotha tech nerchukovachu and 60k more. Manam intha dooram vachedi aa money kosame kada. New company tho 6months avvagane mellaga nee manager ni duvvatam start chei kontha mandi ok cheptharu to start ur gc processing. Ippudu old company lo undi 60k loss tho old tech pani chesthu nu entha new tech chadivina real time exp is totally different kada neeku teliyandi kadu. My suggestion is go with new company.

Most reasonable answer, kallu muskoni mingey bro chepinattu @JonSnowUSA

Yup but we should also concentrate on life at the same time .  GC gurinchi anta alochinchakunda within our limits we can still explore career avenues . We can travel enjoy life etc too . I feel career should be priority but travel , personal relations etc kuda balance chesukovali .  I want to keep a restaurant once I get GC . May be a distant dream but time will tell . GC may restrict us but we restrict ourselves with fear more than GC .

If you have opinion that it is that long why even care ? Life won’t stop . When you know something is impossible we should look for alternatives . Stuck ayipoyi kuchuntama? When life gives lemons then make lemonade ante .  We should look for reasons to be happy and content than whining about things which are out of control .
