There are many town homes for rent.. you can look in Zillow. One caveat is you have to lease it for at least 1 year. But, to search a home and from sign of contract to closing it at least takes 9-10 months..

Schools I think in Cary and Apex cap undi but Hollysprings and Fuquay are fine.

So far no cap. Lottery only in Chatter and magnet schools.

Hey, thanks for the information. we got school admission but had to drop plans last minute due to immigration.
