According to ICMR the main agency responsible for covid management . 

 

Kerala is the state with least undercounting followed by maharastra , Karnataka and AP. 

They are still getting cases because they managed to stop infections at start and thus the state still has high number of people who are vulnerable to the virus unlike all other Indian states which have 70% infected and cured population .

That is why even during peak time kerala managed to make due with low oxygen and medicines . 

I have no love for communists (*** hate them) but kerala still has the best public healthcare  as evidenced by niti ayog ratings every year again and again

survey ki sample size enti? is it representative or they simply multiply based on population? what is the basis of undercounting factor calculation? what is error range? 

no survey is written in stone actual numbers speak for themselves and kerala is way over above any state. sero prevalence is the latest laughable concept. all these used to cover kerala's as$ lol
