do you work mostly with desis bro?? The departments I worked for in every company had all thella people…I feel that I’m fluent and I can just talk fluently for any topic taken at work…try to talk to your colleagues on any random topics bro…that will help you talk with ease..

That’s what I thought bro…since I’m into manufacturing, at least 50% of my time is spent on the shop floor and you can imagine how much I need to talk to the shop floor personnel as well as colleagues from other depts…

i used to prepare the sentence in my mind before I talk…this was my initial days in the US…univ lo kuda evarinaina edhaina adagali ante, I used to prepare that in my mind and make sure my grammar is right…this was a challenge for me and someone suggested to have a normal chat with anyone in English and that will help…so I started going to the meetings at least 10 mins before to just chat with other colleagues…it’s a process though but you will overcome it bro

You need accent reduction classes . I once tried in past with a tutor online waste teacher it wasn’t helpful .
