Depressing old city , gets extremely cold in winter . Pleasent weather in summer

It's not a bad place per se , pretty safe if you stay out of the bad areas . 

I played a few matches in the Midwest cricket tourneys near Ohio State University in Columbus and cleaveland. Since they did have a cricket team from cleaveland they must have a indian community . Maybe you can try and cpntact them to know more details

I am very well know at both temples..

but college students may make it lively with cultural activities- don’t know
