sorry this is day 10 , of gym , I am running for 3 miles to gym , there i have PUSH / PULL / LEGS Routine ( looked up in youtube) , day one i am concentrating on chest bench press / incline bench press , dumbbell press , the other machine where you pull the cord , triceps exercise , day two pull using the machine and day three 30 squats with 75 pounds weight , dead lift of 100 pounds , lunges.

day 4 is rest

Diet wise , eating regular food , no significant changes other than increasing lean meat and decreasing carbohydrates slightly , I am eating a very large bowel of salad with meat for lunch immediately after coming from GYM.

Goal is weight loss and to look very fit , don't want to bulk up , goat weight loss is 20 kgs ,

muscles are sore every day

Trainer ni pettuko one month! Then u can do on your own. Ask him to give a workout plan for your goals.diet is important too.
