if spillover is used this year and next, then there is chance for 2015 folks, 2016 end ante even if SO is used chances are rather bleak

you have better chances through immigration reform which assures GC for those who are waiting for 10 yrs, 10 yrs residence or 10 yrs based on PD is bit confusing, D's will not pass any immigration till midterms, thing back on this in 2023

you have better chances to become citizen by tearing passport and walking through the border, you will be flown back to city of your choice through feds funds. make sure fingers ni concrete meeda geeki benzene lo nana pettu.. you will be fresh

US is going to require vaccination for all visitors going forward and planning to remove restrictions. Some companies don’t do it until 5th or 6th year of H1B and people who came 2009-2011 did not had so much awareness about GC process like the folks who are having now.
