Ap govt refuses NV Ramana mediation, Justice Ramana recuses himself

Justice Ramana offered Mediation it seems. And AP govt refused. I dont know full details. But suspecting the worst - is this caste politics by ap state governement? will it effect the decision of another judge of SC that AP govt shows such blatant disrespect to SC judges based on their caste (assuming if true).
