Shocking video shows the moment a woman walks up to 42-year-old victim Delia Johnson in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn on Tuesday at 9.04pm, and shoots her dead at point blank range, before casually walking away. Video shows the suspect firing multiple times as bystanders scramble to take cover. Johnson was pronounced dead shortly after, and police are looking for the suspect. The killing came as Mayor Bill de Blasio touted the success of his 'Safe Summer' program, while violent crimes continue to spike across the city.
