spending cap  is increasing every year . although this may look as 43 mil/yr  but  contract for 8 years averages to only 35 m per year which is pretty good deal honestly. 

They could cut him three years into the contract if he gets injured or declines 

Lamar Jackson and baker are probably going to demand similar contracts depending on how they do this year .
