NC lo above 1 poina ticket eystharu one of the bakwas states in us ( police wise only ) get a lawyer don’t even search online within next 2 weeks you will get physical broachers from them choose the best and proceed nothing will happen they don’t report outside the state but be careful for 3 years. If this is your first ticket in nc then even better warning ichi pommanachu .

My story:

Time: April 2016 Sunny Saturday morning, 8 months into driving in USA[ Was in Jamaica before speeding left and right], not aware of USA speeding rules, driving my infiniti G 37 x [83 MPH in 35 MPH]..

 

Court date given

Consulted lawyer

 

Plea deal:

Lawyer fee:$500

Sentence on suspension[ SOS]- If i happen to get another speeding ticket i should spend 2 nights in city jail

18 months probation

20 hours community work[ worked in a  food bank]

Another ticket:

75 MPH in 45 MPH

Luckily in another county

200$ fine , no points.

Lawyer fee: $800

 

Summary: Nothing to worry about, talk to a good traffic ticket lawyer. Your offense could be converted to nonmoving violation if you are lucky

It's just legal wording used for broad range of cases , nothing to worry about . 

Any lawyer should get you out with a small fine in no time

Had same issue last summer I hired a lawyer $250 tho aaipoindi best asla google RTS law group… this was my second ticket. First ticket teliyaka I went and paid fine online $200 directly but later my insurance went up crazy. Anytime you get speeding ticket two types of points pedathai 1. Points on license 2.points on insurance you have to fight for to reduce points on insurance. I got scared for my second ticket that court will not reduce my insurance points but RTS did help me there highly recommended them. Telugu lo cheppali ante ekkada kuda india lo laga lawyer and judge majja dealing untai so oka lawyer ni pettuko Inka nenu detail ga cheppalenu

I had two counts one is speeding and second is reckless driving 

I am not even sure I went that fast and this happened when I was overtaking 

not sure if the cop recorded properly 

 

I will have to find out who the attorney is , this is in an other county not wake
