If not spending thousands of crores of state money on one city is a crime then all existing cities of Andhra Pradesh are victims too . 

They are Paying taxes every year from little to no development . This whole mega city idea was a huge injustice to rest of cities , amaravathi got more capital expenditure funds than vijaywada ,Nellore,Guntur for last 70 years. 

If amaravathi is self sustaining then make it a separate body where all loans/funds are independent of state of AP outside of govt buildings .  Let Amaravathi generate it's  own funds/taxes , no one will object to it
