My recipe: 

garam masala: cloves, cardamom , black cardamom, star anise, cinnamon , jeera , dhaniya, Marathi mogga, biryani aaku, sajeera, javitri, nutmet (jajikaya) , banda puvvu ... ivvanni dry roast chesi store chesi petkunta

biryani:

veg : alu, carrot, beans , cauliflower (optional) , soya been chunks(optional) , beetroot(optional)  50% boil chesi pakkana petkovali 

non veg(for my friends) salt water lo 30mins unchina tharvatha... kadigi  pakkane petkovali  

Fried onions: half ghee & half oil tho fried onions chesi pakkana petkovali... 

marination: nenu andhadha ki vestha anthe .... 500Gm meat ....or Oka big bowl of veggies ki 

1-2 table spoon of chili power , salt , 1 spoon coriander , 1 tea spoon homemade garam masala..... Oka pidikedu fried onions , konchem oil vesi mix cheskoni..... konchem cilantro & mint , Oka half cup yogurt vesi kalpukoni  fridge lo petkovali 

biryani rice : first ginne lo konchem oil posi .... green chillies konchem fry ayyaka .... paina cheppina masalalu(raw) ... vesi ... water possono.... salt , pudina , kotthimeera.... vesi... konni fried onion veskoni ..... you can add ginger garlic paste also (optional) Oka half baddha lemon pindali.(optional) .. 30 mins -1 hour soak chesina basmathi rice ni rice boil ayyetapudu veyyali.... 

nenu 70% & 80% type em theeyanu...

rice konchem paluku undhi ane time lo okasari ... almost cook ayyindhi annapudu inkosari theesestha

Bowl kindha marinated meat/veggies vesi .... konchem ghee , fried onions , cilantro & mint ... paina first theesina rice layer ...

malli fried onions + mint + cilantro + ghee .... malli layer rice ....

Follow same .... last ki konchem sides ki oil veskoni .... pindi tho chuttu close chesi ... wait petti .....

Veg ayithe .... 5 mins medium flame .... 15 mins slow flame .. 10 mins rest 

🐔: 5 mins high, 5 mins medium , 15 mins slow & 10 mins rest (non veg ki konchem rice cook chesina oil veskunte madakunda untadhi)
