What's the age of your Anna and vadhina, and also how many yrs it has been since they got married and since how many yrs they are trying for kids.......ivi basic things nuvvu cheppalsinadi  then only any doctor can suggest few things.....

mari RAM CHARAN TEJ ki pellai  chana chana years(i guess 8 or 9)  ayindhi kada valla ki kuda pillalau leru kada..he is totally cool without any tension.......ram charan ni chusi neruchukomanu......
