H4 ead petition applied in feb with H4 visa expiring in june .Petition still pending u***s.Traveled to India India in may and got h4 stamped till 2024..what's the process to update u***s with new i94 information to link to the existing petition. I heard u**s will send rfe to prove i-94 valid status but help me if there is way to update u***s before they send rfe.

I think your petitions of ead and h4 are no longer valid once you travel out of country. As per my knowledge you need to apply ead after coming back to USA.

H4 petition will be invalidated if you leave the country as far as I know

Let me tell you in our case..while petition is pending travelled to India..after 1month received denial notice saying petitioner travelled out of country..Then got h4 stamped in India.

 

In your case,you need to file a new petition for EAD

Dont waste Time, Your H4 EAD will be denied 99.99%, Better apply Again..h4 ead new petition soon and wait...nothing we can do here. one of my frnd got approved after 10 mnths..

You can travel ..but H4 EAD will be revoked...and need to apply again.

Travel got nothing to do with H4 but if you travel after H4 is filed then you have to refile
