H1 Lottery

My wife is on H1B with Company A (Not for profit Non-Cap organization). She just got selected for another (Cap For-Profit Company H1B lottery for this year. So,

Question 1: If our 2^nd for profit H1B gets approved, will our current non-profit H1B will be void or still be valid?

Question 2: Is there any way that we could use this lottery selection for next year sticking with current company A?

It will be still valid … if she want to move from non-profit to profit she can move as she was already counted in h1b lottery … still 6yr limit applies
