not anymore, it was there till early 90's, late 90's nundi baga thaggipoyayi in Kadapa. Ananthapur gurinchi antha clarity ledu. 2009 lo maa uncle okaru annadu, eppudu kadapa b*mbs kavali ante anathapur nundi teppinchukovali, kadapa lo dorakadam ledu. There is no powerful faction leaders anymore. There are still some booth capturing and stuff, but very rare.
