Plot Registration Help !!

Hello Friends,

I am planning to purchase a plot in Hyderabad outskirts. I have been asked to send form 32 a  so that my representative can register the plot behalf of me. I have few questions related to that.

1) what are the dimensions of passport size photo on that form? I see different dimensions when I google Indian passport size photo dimensions.

2) is Indian address proof mandatory? I don't have any Indian ID that has my Indian address? The latest passport I renewed has US address.

Experts please help me.

You have to sign, fingerprint and send the form along with photos. US passport size will work, they can trim them if needed. Or send a pic in mobile, they take print outs as needed. Address proof is must I think.

Bro , for that form you need to use a photo which can fit in the square box.

We did try different standard sizes , but none worked (from Walmart)

Then I used an app on phone (purchased a full version ) and played around with dimensions .

I took the print out on my home printer (with photo paper) .

We used these photos on the form 32A in both states (TG & AP ) and both worked.

This was in the last 2 months , there was no issues at the Registration office in both states.

May be this just worked for me , but wanted to share the process of how I did it .

For the address :

On one land registration ( TS) we gave India (Aadhar  Address)

On the AP we gave our current US Address ( DL , Utility Proof)

Both worked .

The Address on our passports is another US Address but we gave current address and provided them the proofs for the same .

After filling the forms with photos and address , do confirm it with the Seller/Agent .

One more question guys. The form 32 a should have details of all buyers and sellers and the representative. I see that there are maximum of 4 spots for filling the buyer,seller and  the representative details. In my case the the plot was registered on 3 ppl so all the three ppl have to put their fingerprint and details as seller. Also with buyer and a representative it will be total of 5 ppl.But the form doesn't have space for all the 5 finger prints. Did u guys come across similar situation anytime?
