my theory of AP state politics

1950 - 1980 : just going with flow , Congress and freedom movement hierarchy tho start ayyi, goondas ni support chese oka feudalistic framework. 

feudalism ante, oka set of kings, landlords, local goondas ki mathrame power ichi andharu baanisalu laga follow avvatam.

 

 

1980 - 94 : NTR started with a good intention to help poor and under represented people.

May be NTR had this idea of uplifting his caste, which was already strong in films and business across the region.

for the first time, goondas, factionists and old generation wealthy reddy's got a taste of opposition

but quickly steeped into mental instability and self worship. slowly, he was expelled from the government and regular politics

meanwhile a new wave of feudalists emerged from kamma castes

eventually he became the symbol of newly bred feudalists from kamma kaste.

94-2004 : CBN started with a good intention o create a developed state. he managed to bring in some brightest of minds of era together and be part of government. 

soon, his style of government got lot of opposition from struggling poor class, unhappy goondas who lost power, unhappy ex faction and feudal reddies, and some old reddy wealthy businessmen who were proud of their caste in the power.

2004-2009 : YSR came with sole intention of restoring power to congress and bring back the power to reddys. he picked the slogan of helping poor to get into power.

YSR was in politics from early 90s. but he never had the intention of supporting poor. intention unte, he would have worked for their betterment even without power.

slowly, YSR understood the psychology of  Indians and Telugus. see biryani scene from leader

YSR enjoyed the status of robinhood, savior , god. 

behind the scenes, YSR achieved his goal of restoring the power with INC, reddy community. but now he got a new target to preserve the power.
he got to fund his future and congress government future. 

As usually, he started the largest scam in the name of jalayagnam. he fostered a variety of new rich followers through these scams. eg: YS jagan, Ramkee brothers , Gali brothers etc.

this was not his initial plan, but it happened along the way. as soon as people realized the potential of earning 1000s of crores, everyone want to preserve the government and be part of this huge stake game.

all Reddy's got a new agenda : 

- restore their feudal system
- restore their wealth
- restore their egos and sustain their status for future generations
( note reddy population is ~6% in AP. but this agenda is only for rich and feudalistic people. may be in numbers of 100-1000 across the state )

2009-2014 : uncertain times. everyone went back to their older agenda of perserving their normal lives and speculating on future.

one set of rich feudal agenda based leaders and new rich followers who were fostered by YSR started supporting YSJAGAN. this was done for two reasons : 

- to preserve their cashcows and be part of future governments
- may be out of loyality towards their previous god father

 

2014 : CBN started with intention of creating same developed state, but at a smaller scale with changed equation. see the cabinet and advisory group, he is still surrounding him with intelligent people and experts initially.

but equations changed, kamma caste want to be new feudalists. they want to grow with corruption and be part of new clan of feudalists. they rooted for various decisions to uplift their caste more than they deserve naturally. 
( note kammas are only ~5 % of population. not everyone want to earn 100s of crores or be a feudal lord. may be 100-1000 people across the state )

CBN lost his sharpness. may be because of age or loss of smart people around him. ( compare CBN from 90s, he was hanging out with bilgates and clinton and was discussed in stanford. now he is planning pasupu kunkuma and hanging out with bonda uma, kesineni nani etc who are no more than ex goondas or local wanna be fuedals )

 

2019 : elections are now between 100-1000 wanna be feudal ex goondas and corrupt families from two castes.
people knew about it. they got sold for freebies. the new status quo is : let me have my cut, you enjoy your cut.
 

Jagan got single point of agenda: preserve the power , satisfy his ego that got hurt in last 10 years and let the show run

jagan rooters agenda : preserve the power and enjoy the riches and feudal lordship

jagan opposers in TDP : restore the power and bring back the riches and feudal lordship to their families

any sane person in TDP : helpless as there is no representation for them

Janasena : good at the intention, but no clue how to run the show. high chance to fostering another wave of wanna be feudal goondas from another caste.

 

AP people : 

contempt poor : happy with freebies and no intention of development

poor who want to grow up / middle class : use the freebies and get to a better place ( place where they get better jobs and education - hyd, blr, US etc)

upper middle class : they never had their hopes to raise their kids in AP. they are using AP as transit to move to better locations

rich : they one step away from fuedal lords. they are immune to the government changes. they are ok either as long as their businesses not affected. Fuedal lords knew about their symbiotic relationship. they just use them to fund their future elections in form of extortion.
