H1B lottery & transfer

My wife is on H1B with Company A (Not for profit Non-Cap organization). She just got selected for another (Cap For-Profit Company  H1B lottery for this year. So,

Question 1: If our 2^nd for profit H1B gets approved, will our current non-profit H1B will be void or still be valid?

Question 2: Is there any way that we could use this lottery selection for next year sticking with current company A?

Only pick iyindi anukunta inka approve kaledu… 

1) ee year select iyina h1b for profit cannot be used for next year..

2) if ur second h1 for profit gets approved non profit em void kadu anukunta since 2nd h1 is future use..
