To be honest thread vesina nuvvu kuda pakkintodu edurintodu ni chusi vacche untav America ki, American stay at their home and be happy, so don’t mock others

basically he didnt plan well on his get back,no savings, no backups.. no high salary job planning. India market is tough and you need to evolve by learning on a daily basis. 

If you plan well, Work in India is a heaven and packages are equally competitive to US in terms of Lifestyle. There is not much difference I found and its been 3 years now. I get what all I did in US in telugu states it self.

 

 

last but not least, you need to be street smart /pick up street smart.

 

because e.g., if you were away from India for 10 years and you compare with your friend of same age.. he is definitely 10 years evolved in street smart and can make you a dick instantly

you were street smart before going out of  India, that is a necessity for your survival here and how faster you evolve depends on the environment you are while in maturing age, but US lifestyle doesn't need that charm (ofcourse H1's from MNC onsite will still carry that and eventually lose over a period of time). If you compare a student in US who eventually grew in ranks and H1 vs a H1  from India, he can very easily show you stupid and his street smartness helps him catapult in his growth much faster
