Is Dalit Bhandhu not free money ?

తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వ ప్రతిష్ఠాత్మక పథకం దళితబంధులో ఒక్కో కుటుంబానికి ఇచ్చే ఆర్థిక సాయంతో ఏయే ఆస్తులు కొనుగోలు చేయవచ్చు, ఏయే యూనిట్లు స్థాపించవచ్చో వివరాలతో కూడిన జాబితాను రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం మంగళవారం విడుదల చేసింది. గ్రామాలు, గ్రామాలు-ఉప పట్ణణాలు, గ్రామాలు-పట్టణాలు, పట్టణాలు ఇలా నాలుగు రకాలుగా విభజించి జాబితాను రూపొందించింది. గతంలో ఉన్న ప్రభుత్వ పథకాలకు భిన్నంగా 30 రకాలను ఇందులో నిర్దేశించింది. వీటితో పాటు మరిన్నింటిని ప్రభుత్వం సిద్ధం చేస్తోంది. వాసాలమర్రిలో పథకం ప్రారంభమైనా... పైలట్‌ ప్రాజెక్టు కింద హుజూరాబాద్‌ నియోజకవర్గంలో ఈ నెల 16న సీఎం కేసీఆర్‌ శాలపల్లి-ఇందిరానగర్‌ వద్ద దళితబంధును ప్రారంభించనున్నారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా లబ్ధిదారులకు ఈ యూనిట్లను అందజేయనున్నారు. వీటి కొనుగోళ్లు, స్థాపనతో పాటు పథకం అమలుకు సంబంధించిన విధివిధానాలను ప్రభుత్వం ఒకటీరెండు రోజుల్లో విడుదల చేయనుంది.

I like the scheme if they are forced to do something with that money instead of handing out cash.

తెలంగాణ దళితబంధు కింద లబ్ధిదారులకు ఉపయోగపడే పథకాలను రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఖరారు చేసింది. దళితులకు స్వయం ఉపాధి కల్పన కోసం మొత్తం 30 రకాల పథకాలు/కార్యక్రమాల జాబితాను విడుదల చేసింది. క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో సర్వే అనంతరం మినీ డెయిరీ యూనిట్‌ నుంచి మినీ సూపర్‌ బజార్‌ వరకు వివిధ రకాల స్వయం ఉపాధి పథకాలను ఇందులో చేర్చింది. గ్రామీణ, పట్టణ ప్రాంతాల్లోని వారిని దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకుని వీటిని ఎంపిక చేసింది.

 

దళితుల అభ్యున్నతికి అత్యంత ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా అమలు చేయబోతున్న ఈ పథకం కింద ప్రతి నిరుపేద దళిత కుటుంబానికి రూ.10 లక్షల ఆర్థిక సహాయాన్ని అందజేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. ఈ ఆర్థిక సహాయంతో లబ్ధిదారులు.. ప్రభుత్వం ఎంపిక చేసిన ఈ 30 పథకాల్లో తమకు నచ్చిన ఒక దానిని ఎంపిక చేసుకోవడానికి ప్రభుత్వం అవకాశం కల్పించింది. ఈ నెల 16న హుజూరాబాద్‌లో నిర్వహించనున్న బహిరంగ సభలో సీఎం కేసీఆర్‌ ఈ పథకం అమలుపై మరింత స్పష్టత ఇచ్చే అవకాశం ఉంది.

Can't expect 100% corruption free implementation in current times. At least majority genuine cases with strict implementation ( like the properties bought can't be resold etc ) vunna it will be very good scheme. 

Dalits were deprived of any education or assets because of abusive past. I won't mind if real needy beneficiaries get benefit from this scheme even though it's huge money. 

this is way better than reservations where only creamy layer within them get benefit in majority cases. What is the use of reservations in government jobs and higher education when majority of them don't even pass high school.

Most st people just don't have the drive to do business , they will just end up selling these after few years unless there is a dedicated team monitoring /supervising  these small scale units . 

Looks like a great idea on paper , but idk how many people have the drive to keep working. 

For example there isn't a single progressive dalit farmer in our village even after hundreds of acres of land was distributed after land ceiling . Most of it ended up in the hands of communists , congress and TDP Leaders hands.

Agreed. If there is no strict monitoring majority will end up selling and cashing the money.

As long as the 'state' exists, dalits or any other group can only grow with managed schemes like this. and grow incrementally.

state protects the entrenched upper classes. even if you give 1cr to all dalits, its not gonna work.

dalits ki 3 acres lands distributes eppudo chesaro ... vallu ah land eppudu padith untayi ... beacuse they dont have raithu bandhu schemes like before.. i think they are farming in their lands

Corruption is a reality that indians have to accept and move on , except AAP there isn't a single party that is not engaged in it. We all harp about it but indian society is deeply corrupt and politicians/ officials reflect that

They should design schemes in a way that corruption is taken into account .

annayya.. dalits ki land distribute chesaru ani gaali lo maatalu cheppaku. what percentage of dalits own land in your state? I bet it is less than 20%.

bandhu good scheme, sure. but inni conditions pedithey sure flop avthundi. monitoring ento.
