They should design schemes in a way that corruption is taken into account . 

corruption is reality everywhere. Not just India.

Since businesses in India (except IT/pharma) suck on govt **, its more pronounced here. nothing more. As more and more businesses find independent sources of income, corruption will atleast get more manageable.

One month lo motham ammestaru… kcr already gave lot of free tractors to SCs and sheep to BCs, they all sold them in just a few weeks.

so 30% of dalits own land in TG antav. it doesn't matter who gave the lands.

let me check if this number is true. If it is, its extraordinarily high compared to most states.

Don't bother , on paper land and actually having possession of such land is different 

The highest % of land owned by Dalits was after land ceiling was implemented

No idea about tractors but sheep’s distributed to golla/yadav communities in village . I believe gov distributed to who are already in that field , so why would they sell it? And as per last year stats mutton exports  lo tg top 2 I think
