agreed they took 7 yrs to do this but there are reasons for it. bjp govt had to shell out huge money for congress blunder where congress cleverly postponed their payments to next govt. bjp govt too tried to postpone it but now after losing arbitrations they realized its in best interest to resolve this. its a tough decision but only gutsy people can take tough decisions. better late than never

3. any government would have done this

70 yrs mistake was corrected on the basis of priorities, same here, whole point is people will continue to trust Modi any day than congress/3rd rate front any day.. twice on sundays as well
