Genuine Q: How to get 6 to 7 hrs of sound sleep?

I hardly get 3 hrs of sound sleep, rest I will be awake atu itu nusulthu wait for sun rise!

I was about to post the same question today or tomorrow.... naadhi, same problem... I'm attempting to sleep by 11 p.m., but by the time I fall asleep, it will be 2-3 a.m., and I'll be up by 7 a.m.... I'm thinking about taking some sleeping pills, but I'm concerned that it will become a habit... I'm already following being away from tv/mobile and having dinner on time but still same problem...

I had similar problem before since I didn't get much tired, so I set up a table fan keep close to me...problem solved bro...telugu-balayya.gif

check your harmone levels. especially Free T.

Warm shower, meditation, dark room, no screen time before bed, drink warm water, fresh bed, fresh air, you can try melatonin once in a while.
