Adhyaksha. the discussion was on racism/casteism within ISRO and the likes. Its not about ISRO employees Vs NRIs.

There is a persistent caste feeling inside ISRO which is undeniable.

This is where I could not stop praising Comms and Yeddies. If India achieved anything after Post-Independence, its this UNTOUCHABILITY thats been almost eradicated from the main stream.

Until 1947, it was only about Brahmins and Brahmanism since they were holding all the high ranking positions, some achieved just because they adopted to British Education after 1857 and remaining through their casteism.

Thanks to my Kamma and Reddy brothers, even though a sort of untouchability exists in Engg/Medical Colleges in Krishna/Guntur Dists, by and large we now have a Society where we do not stand with folded hands in front of Brahmins satisfying their egos.

First they broke the ice and remaining castes like Cops, BCs are following the suite. It will be the turn of my SC/ST brothers in the near future.
