Planning to buy apartment in Aparna or MyHome in Hyderabad.

What's the payment process for NRI's? Can we pay to builder account from here through xoom, remitly etc? If so will there be any issues since we will be transferring above 1cr ? Can someone let me know the process?

Contact them through their website, they will give you the details. 
you have transfer to your NRE/NRO account  and then transfer to them.
