Already 1st step started, In the name of  giving security ID badges to residents of Balaji Nagar, they are identifying the owners who do not have sufficient property documents to create fear in them to sell it out or come to their terms.

The residents has to blame NAKKA for their current situation. they requested him to legalize their property buying during his 3 terms, he simply postponed .. chances of loosing TDP vote bank in Balaji nagar are high.

No it is not.. this is old place in Tirumala which existed during British rule...

NAKKA & Pavurala Gutta destroyed the people livelihood by denying basic needs to them citing security issue...

the unauthorized rules set by NAKKA were barbaric, he did not even allowed to build the bathrooms in their homes , he says to use the public rest rooms which was build by TTD rather than using the personal ones.
