They may process without requesting biometrics. When they suspend BM, they will do it for any pending applications. Not just from that point and forward.

They aren’t accepting expedites as well

H4 EAD approval kavalante Senator/Congressmen tho matrame pani jarugutundi ani public talk. 

Also, talk is that those Senators/Congressmen are way too busy with escalating individual cases to USCIS.

Not officially but they are just rejecting saying not valid. Don’t understand why they take so much time for such simple applications. End of day they’ll anyway give it. All they need to verify is validity of passport and h1
