How is it possible? Can you really tell any company to hire only poor people. KIA and Hyundai are not slave owned by AP. It’s capitalism they will only start a bussiness if they have incentives for it

Some industries like textiles / apparel hire lot of cheap labour . For example apache in sricity has almost 7-8 k employees , mostly poor people with no education . They invested only few hundred crores . 

While a high tech industry like Alstom or kia will only hire skilled labour ( 90% tamilians ) because Andhra doesn't have many skilled youth

Oorike dabbulu account lo vese badulu.. Koncham work chepinchukunni... or have a private organization set up their unit and give them work. Govt can take care of 20% of labor cost (with a ceiling) . 

 

This will bring Employment and will be more beneficial as companies will pay taxes if they succeed.
