nenu oka hour block chesi gym ki veltha. ideally lunch ki vellali...but i do gym and eat food at desk.

It is really annoying that some of people i know don't get lunch breaks and their office folks (also wfh) are setting up meetings during lunch times. Maa dantlo slow ga culture ela iyindi ante even if you are on vacation there is a silent expectation to give minimal support. They force us to take vacation and then have this silent expecation is preposterous.

wfh lo companies ki full productivity undi they r lovin it- ppl r being forced to do 12 hrs a day job - india lo situation aithe ila undi - cannot generalize but from peers/friends across companies r stating same

11ki cofee break 30 mins 1 pm ki Lunch break 90 mins, 4 pm ki TV break 45 mins.  Nothing changed after pandemic.

Recently I am seeing everyone going offline over slack.. not just during lunch. So that way, people msg only if important and can check messages over email.
