Friend's intercasette marriage is turning very bad.. need advice baa

friend is teddy.. his wife is bapanese.. they got married 2 yrs ago against parent's wishes and currntly living in usa... they thought parents will adjust in 2yrs.. friend's parents are ok now but wife's parnts said don't enter our house again. his wife full depressd anta and saying she wants to die.. how to help them vaa.. should i recommnd psychiatrst or counseler?

under the current cirsumstances only.... lite teskoni happy ga husband toh kapuram chesko manu....

if she is happy at some point they would understand IMO
